Excelent !!! I tried it yesterday and my butt run to far /poor my genitals…/… So in the end head broken:). Funny thing is I was doing this from sitting position and my instructor said it is absolutelly safe:)
A year ago today, i could barely lift my body weight up doing a shoulder mount. When i did, i nearly fell off the pole!
Now, it feels so natural and effortless, i just do it off anything!
You are pretty good:). I am working on to be 100% sure to be conforteble to do “angel” without holding with my hands.
I am working on getting my foot closer to my head and eventually past it so I can look at my toes like her! If I ever have the chance to go on aerial hoop i’d love to try this straight off!
